Choose a standard cover or have one made to fit your well. Standard installation is included in the cover price; delivery depends on distance. Black, gray, and white are standard finishes, and specialty colors are available by quote. Send your measurements before ordering so we can confirm the fit.

Powder-coated finish
Choose black, gray, or white, or ask about a specialty color. Touch up chips and scratches that expose bare steel with a suitable rust-inhibiting paint.
Ladders and window access
Matching 3-rung and 5-rung ladders are available. A cover must preserve any required emergency escape access; fit and opening need to be checked for each well.

Can you make a cover for an unusual shape?
Send the shape and approximate measurements. We will review the design and fabrication requirements before confirming the job.
How much does a cover cost?
Standard covers start at $300, including the standard finish and installation. A 3-rung ladder is $125 and a 5-rung ladder is $150. Custom sizes, specialty colors, and delivery are quoted separately.
Do you offer multiple-cover or ladder discounts?
Yes. The first two covers are regular price, with 10% off the third cover and every additional cover in the same order. You also save $20 on each ladder bought with a cover, and both discounts can be combined.
Can I stand or walk on a cover?
No. These covers are not rated for standing or walking and are not certified fall-protection devices. Do not use them as a walking surface or rely on them to support a person.
Will a cover work with an egress window?
A cover must be reviewed against the access and emergency escape requirements for the installation. Tell us about the window and any requirements before design decisions are made.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Standard-size covers do not require a deposit. Custom covers require 50% before production, with the balance due before pickup or delivery, or when the included installation is completed.
Is removal of an old cover included?
Removal and disposal are not automatically included. Mention any old cover, ladder, or other material when requesting your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, and Venmo. Payment terms are included in your quote.
